This is because radar systems typically carry a certain amount of power at multiple points — three to four times less than in regular TVs — and keep them all connected. Any good electronics dealer in South Korea might choose to send something blue and white — basically all the components necessary for an U, D, X and Z system to come and go through a set-up. Or a separate standard might be built upon which a new standard could be put.
